Manasquan, NJ-based JERSEY MIKE'S GIANT SUBS (founded 1956) has
increased by 13 units, from 399 to 412 (3% growth). These are quick
serve sandwich shops, open for lunch and dinner, with a $3-$8 per person
check average. Catering is offered. Average unit seats about 20.
